About the Event
The Black in BC Leadership Summit 2025 is an empowering two-day event taking place on January 31st and February 1st, 2025, in Vancouver, BC. As part of the ongoing celebration of the Canadian Decade for People of African Descent, this summit brings together Black leaders, professionals, community advocates, and allies from across British Columbia.
The summit offers a unique platform for participants to engage in powerful discussions, explore strategies for combating systemic racism, and work collectively to build stronger and more resilient Black communities. Through a combination of keynote presentations, panel discussions, interactive workshops, and cultural performances, the event fosters leadership growth, collaboration, and community empowerment.
