"RBC issued a report earlier this year that highlighted how people of colour, or visible minorities, were unable to amass as much savings and wealth during the pandemic as compared to non-racialized populations. There are a variety of reasons for this, including lower rates of home ownership. But the report also identified the underrepresentation of racialized minorities as business owners as another compounding reason."
